1. How Do I Make a Return?
Contact us first at support@nomihair.com and include your order number. We will provide detailed return instructions and a return address. Items must be returned in their original condition — unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with lace uncut, curl pattern intact, tags attached, and original packaging included. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us. Please sign for your delivery before returning; refusing a parcel may lead to high customs fees.
2. What Is the Return Period?
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order, provided the product remains unopened and unused.
3. Who Covers the Return Shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark the package clearly as “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid extra customs charges. NomiHair is not liable for lost packages.
4. Can I Return an Order Without Contacting NomiHair?
No. You must contact us before returning any item. The return address may differ from the original shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for refunds.
